Hi I phoned around lunch time yesterday after spending several hours trying to get a light bulb for my Fridge Freezer. Choice gave m your number & I spoke to a lady called Sandra who helped me in about two minutes. I received the item at 8am this morning. I have never had service this good or this quick. I live in suburban Brisbane, so I was not expecting a delivery for 3 to 5 days. Just want to send this special message of thanks for such wonderful Australian service. I had been on the phone all morning, getting nowhere, with people who could not speak English, so it was very refreshing to get some good old fashioned service. Recently I had to replace a small part for a vacuum cleaner. My service from Statewide was excellent. The woman who took my call was able to find and price the part very quickly (I did have the exact details) and found it was in stock. It was kept for me. The following week a pleasant man served me and I had the part quickly. Then I asked him why several negatives appeared on your website. He explained that satisfied customers seldom register thanks; clients with a problem complain. Fair enough. So here is my positive response.

Thanks for the speedy delivery of the two filters for LG refrigerator...ordered yesterday afternoon and delivered to my Gold Coast address before noon today. First class service which I will certainly use again and will recommend to my friends. Your service leaves retailers on the Coast for dead both on cost and availability.
