Deliveries & Returns
As a large Australia-wide distributor for all major appliance brands we receive extremely competitive freight rates from Toll Priority, and we pass these great rates on to you! If you would like a quote for your shipping cost simply follow these easy steps:
1. Choose the items you would like to purchase and add them to your cart
2. Click on “Your Cart”
3. The freight cost for your order is displayed
We carry most commonly ordered items in stock, however not all parts are carried in stock. Orders placed for stocked items are usually shipped within 24 hours. Parts which are not in our stock are ordered for urgent delivery from the manufacturer/supplier & generally ship between 7-10 business days from date of order. Exact delivery times depend on a number of factors, including product availability and the delivery destination.
We offer a choice between Toll Priority & Australia Post for deliveries. The service available to you can depend on the weight/size of your order, and your location. Please be aware that Toll Priority are unable to deliver to a PO Box address and require a street address (business or residential) for delivery. Transit times can vary due to your location and the item(s) being shipped, as a guide Toll Priority is usually 1-3 working days, and Australia Post is usually 2-6 working days.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for receipt of your order at your nominated delivery address. A $10 fee may be charged as a redelivery fee, if the courier has to come to your address twice. Please also ensure that your order has your correct delivery address, and if you are having the parcel delivered to a business address, that you include the name of the business.
If it is likely that no one will be at the place of delivery to sign for the order and you are happy for the package to be left unattended, please request so in the 'Shipping Address' section during checkout. We do not take responsibility for the safety of your delivery if you choose to have it left unattended.

If a product cannot be supplied in the stated delivery timeframe, we will contact you within 2 working days to advise revised delivery times or refund options.
No product delivered to you which is in accordance with your order will be accepted for return without the prior written approval from us. Returns will only be considered if you contact us within 14 working days of the order being received.
Should we agree to accept any such product for return, you will be liable to pay a handling charge of 20% of the purchase price. Such product must be returned by you carriage-paid to us in the original shipping carton, if possible, within 7 days of it being authorised for return.
Products returned without our prior written approval may at our absolute discretion be returned to you or stored at your expense without prejudice to any rights or remedies that we have.
In the event that you claim the product delivered is faulty, not in accordance with your order or does not agree with the description or quantity of the goods invoiced, you must advise us within 14 working days of the order being received. If such a claim is proven, we may rectify any fault or refund you at our absolute discretion. In the event that we require the goods to be returned, we will advise the method of return at our expense.
We are unable to accept the return of circuit boards or electronic components. Please make sure that any such items ordered are in accordance with your requirements before ordering.
All electrical items must be fitted by a person qualified to carry out the electrical repairs. Before an electrical item that has been installed will be considered for return, we must be provided with an invoice or a copy of an electrical certificate of compliance from a properly qualified installer detailing the work that has been carried out and listing the parts replaced.
Any refund will be paid by the same payment method used for the original order within 5 working days of the refund being agreed.

If it is agreed that the goods need to be returned, we request that your return the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, together with a copy of the invoice and a note detailing the reason for the return.
If the return is due to the product delivered being faulty, not in accordance with our order or not matching the description or quantity of the goods invoiced, we will pay for the return postage. If the return is due to be the part being incorrectly ordered or no longer required you will be required to return it to us at your expense.
