Over the decades, we forged strong partnerships with global brands like LG, Bosch, Electrolux, Philips, Samsung, Smeg and Miele, ensuring our customers have access to quality spare parts they can trust. By 2002, we launched Statewide Appliance Distributors, expanding into commercial laundry and floor care solutions, including repairs and servicing. In 2005, LG appointed us as their exclusive national distributor, a milestone that cemented our reputation in the industry. Over the years, we've developed strong partnerships with our trusted suppliers, ensuring our customers have reliable access to high-quality spare parts, delivered promptly and efficiently. To meet increasing demand, we relocated to a larger facility in Hilton in 2016, broadening our range to include European brands. By 2019, we became the exclusive supplier of Philips spare parts in Australia and New Zealand and by 2021, we successfully expanded into the New Zealand market, reinforcing our position as a leading one-stop shop for appliance spare parts. Today, we supply parts for over 90 brands, helping more than 130,000 customers each year find the right spare part for their appliance.
